Policies
Basically, the policies with regards to posting
follow the same rules as eBay™, and Thelister.com allows eBay to
regulate you in that manner. Beyond that, here is what we have
to say...
- Thelister.com is not responsible for failed
postings. Although we spend every effort to make sure that
all systems are functioning 24 hours a day, circumstances may
occur that prevent proper posting. Thelister.com will
not be held liable for any loses due to posting problems.
- Thelister.com will not tolorate fraudulant
behavior of any kind. If a user is suspected of fraud, he or
she may be suspended without any notice until all issues can be
resolved.
- Any Beta versions of a service on the system
is just that - BETA - which basically means that you are using the
service at your own risk.
More policies will follow as deemed necessary by
the use or abuse of the system.
